498560 Wide 5 No Hassle Front Disc Brake Conversion Kit for 1964-1967 Bus / T-2
This AC Industries Wide 5 Front Disc Brake Kit for a T-2 Bus, 1964-1967, bolt right onto the stock spindles. The kit includes one piece cast, true vented rotors in a 5 x 205mm factory wheel lug pattern. The rotor does not change the factory offset. Where your tire & wheel sets with a factory drum is where it will remain with this kit
This will work with original 14″ steel wheels and most 15″ aftermarket aluminum wheels. We have found that this kit will not work with the factory Bus 15″ steel wheels that are known as “crows foot” wheels made approximately from 1961 to 1963, due to clearance issues between the caliper and inner wheel shape.
The AC Industries kit is designed to be installed with basic hand tools and can be installed in about three hours with good mechanical skills.
