Sway-A-Way® axles are heat-treated and center less ground for a smooth consistent finish. The End Diameters has been maximized to get the most face contact possible, minimizing wear between the axle and CV. The length of the spines have been increased to 2” – 3” to allow the CV to float on the axle. The center part of the axle is sized to twist like a torsion bar under heavy loads absorbing a large portion of the shock transmitted from the wheel to the gearbox. Sold in pairs.
